Hello! Name here is Gary -- a truly novice runner -- I began running in late December 2007 and have committed to running my very first race (Chicago's Shamrock Shuffle) on March 30th, 2008. My sole interest in running is to improve my cardiovascular health (see my spreadsheet below with my poor early results from an obviously too sedintary lifestyle).
