Hello! Name here is Gary -- a truly novice runner -- having only started running in late 2007 and seldom committing to a continued diet, exercise and racing schedule. My sole interest in running and improved diet is to improve my cardiovascular health and maybe, just maybe, shed a few of those extra pounds around my waist. I started this page to provide motivation for myself by openly posting my training and racing results -- have fun tracking my progress...
